Located in the quiet village of Famalicão, 2 km from Praia do Salgado, 4 km from Praia de São Martinho do Porto and 6 km from Praia da Nazaré, Casa da Roseira is located close to a supermarket, pastry shops, pharmacy and post office. Easily accessible, either by road or by bus, the bus stop being 30 meters from our space.
Our House allows the reception of groups of up to 6 people. Therefore, we offer 2 sunny and cozy rooms with a double bed and a desk. One with TV and private bathroom, living room with TV and a comfortable sofa with a double bed. Another bathroom with hydromassage shower and fully equipped kitchen with Dishwasher, Clothes Machine, Combined Refrigerator, Microwave, Hob, Oven, Coffee Machine, Toaster, Dryer, Iron and all the necessary utensils. With free WI-Fi throughout the space.
The house also has a fully fenced garden, with barbecue, outdoor dining space, leisure space and outdoor shower. The villa is for the exclusive use of guests who make the reservation, even if it is only for 2 people.
We provide bed linen and bath towels, and washing them is our responsibility. Possibility of free parking near the house. We accept small animals.
